Mini-grants Available for Water Conservation and Source Water Protection Projects

Tampa Bay Water is expanding its Source Water Protection Mini-grant Program to include water conservation and increasing the amount of grants the program will provide annually from $30,000 to $50,000 per year. The additional $20,000 in funding will allow for more community organizations to make their innovative ideas become a reality.

The new Water Conservation and Protection Mini-grant program awards grants to local organizations that share our environmental stewardship goals, help conserve water and protect drinking water sources, and engage the community in source water education and water conservation. The program is available to non-profit groups, schools, teachers, universities and community organizations, and grants range from $2,000 to $10,000, for projects relating to source water protection and water conservation in our service area.
