Tampa Bay Water Wise Regional Rebate Program




Everyone has a role to play in conserving our drinking water resources. To help our region conserve water, Tampa Bay Water is partnering with our member governments and the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Tampa Bay Water Wise, a regional water conservation program that offers rebates to residents, commercial property owners, contractors and builders who take proactive steps to reduce water use and demand on the region’s water supply. It’s never been easier to conserve water and save money in the process.
The following 12 rebates are available to residents, commercial property owners, contractors and builders in qualifying communities:
Residential Rebates
- High-efficiency toilet retrofits for homeowners – up to $100
- Smart irrigation controllers – Free or up to $250
- Shallow wells for outdoor irrigation – up to $1,000
Multi-Family Owner Rebates
- Toilets and customizable rebate – $40 - $40,000
Business and Buildings Rebates
- Customizable rebate – up to $40,000
- Cooling towers – up to $10,000
- Commercial dishwasher – up to $400
- Pre-rinse spray valves – up to $50
- Tank-type toilet – up to $75
- Half-gallon urinal – up to $75
- Flush valve toilet – up to $75
- Florida Water Star certification – $1,000
Residents, commercial property owners, contractors and builders in the following communities may qualify for Tampa Bay Water Wise rebates:
- Hillsborough County
- Pasco County
- Pinellas County
- City of New Port Richey
- City of St. Petersburg
- City of Tampa
This program is cooperatively funded using block grants from the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
